FIRST Food & Bar at Palazzo hosts a unique Sunday Brunch with “punk-rock food critic” and Eating Las Vegas author Al Mancini, Chef “Sammy D” DeMarco, and the lovely ladies of alt adult site BurningAngel.

FIRST Food & Bar’s Chef Sam “Sammy D” DeMarco and Al Mancini, co-author of Eating Las Vegas and America’s most unconventional food critic, partner up with Joanna Angel and the rest of the BurningAngel ladies for a sizzling, post-AVN (Adult Video News) Awards brunch.
Guests will be able to enjoy an intimate setting as they taste unique passed hors d’oeuvres, four sit-down courses and a special cocktail pairing for $50 plus tax and gratuity. Guests will also receive a copy of Eating Las Vegas: The 50 Essential Restaurants written by Vegas’ top food critics Al Mancini, John Curtas and Max Jacobson. Specific menu items and drinks were inspired by Joanna Angel and her co-stars Jessie Lee, Kleio and Krysta Kaos, who will be on hand to explain the inspiration behind this hot menu. Celebrity DJ Antonio Ballatore will also be in attendance to keep the party hoppin’.
Burnin’ Angels Brunch menu includes items such as: Joanna Angel’s Passed “Put It Into Your Mouth” Course – smoked salmon ribbons, smashed Tater Tot Mock ‘Latke’ topped with crème fraiche, salmon caviar and a glass of bubbling champagne; BurningAngels – Monkey Bread with 151 Rum bananas and walnuts paired with Roadside Style: Rocks Glass Bloody with hot fries rim and beef jerky; Jessie Lee’s Spinach, Mushroom & Tomato Crepes with mushroom cream accompanied with a Tropical Smoothie or Tequila-Mango Margarita; Kleio’s BBQ Pork Biscuit with egg over easy and jalapeno hollandaise paired with Jameson Whiskey and pickle juice; Krysta Kaos’ “Gutter Punk” Sampler – B.L.T., wings, breakfast mini-burgers and Family Style Mac & Cheese followed by hot chocolate and mini cinnamon-sugar donuts.
