First, a few casinos launched $100-rebate-on-loss deals to stir up business. Then the Trop did ’em one better with a $200 offer. A couple of months later, the Palms upped the ante to $500. Now the Riviera is offering a $1,000 rebate on losses via the just announced “Grand Guarantee.”
