A feature on Huntington Press author Matt O’Brien’s Beneath the Neon title appeared on ABCNews’ "World News Now" and "America This Morning" nationwide overnight newscasts this today. The item will also play prominently on ABCNews.com over the weekend, and possibly on additional newscasts as like “Nightline.”
The book is a narrative of the author’s five year stint exploring the storm drains beneath Las Vegas. Armed only with a tape recorder and flashlight, he followed the footsteps of a psycho killer, braced against a raging flood, partied with naked crackheads, learned how to make meth, and discovered that art is most beautiful where it’s least expected…
